FOTOfile is a website feature that allows you to create a file of images on our server containing art selections under your username and password in a private folder.
FOTOfile PRIVATE LABEL - Email collections are sent from your email address to theirs without reference to the American Artists Series website, making this an invaluable tool for communicating with your clients. Send yourself an email to check it out !
CREATE a FOTOfile - Select FOTOfile link at the top of any page, and LOGIN using your username and password. This maintains the privacy and security of your FOTOfiles for future use. Clicking "Create new FOTOfile" from the main FOTOfile window will allow you to create as many different FOTOfiles as you need.
ADDING IMAGES to a FOTOfile is easy !
SELECT the FOTOfile you want to work with from the FOTOfile link at the top of any page.
NAVIGATE anywhere on the site to the images you would like to add to a collection. Click on the price associated with the image size and media you would like to select. A selection bracket will appear confirming your selection(s). Click again to deselect if desired.
VIEW your FOTOfiles at any time by clicking on the FOTOfile link at the top of any page. Once a FOTOfile is complete, the user can choose which images they would like to email and preview the exact content of the email before sending. Add notes to your client and send ! You can also choose to send yourself a copy for your records.
